1) Click Scheduled GhostDial List
In order to delete a message, you need to find it first. After you have entered the GhostDial Message page, find the link titled “Scheduled GhostDial List” and click it.
2) Select the Message to be deleted.
Search for the message to be deleted. Once found, check the box next to it. You can check multiple boxes if more than one messages needs to be deleted.
3) Click Delete Queued Messages
Hit the delete button once all desired messages to be deleted have been checked.
4) Confirm It Was Removed
You should now not see the message in the queued list. It has been removed. Only messages still showing will be sent.
