1) Navigate to Custom Marketing
To schedule a message, click the link at in main navigation menu titled “Custom Marketing”.
2) Click Create GhostDial Message
Find the button titled “Create GhostDial Message” and click this.
3) Click on Schedule GhostDial
On this page, you will see a list of all your saved GhostDial Messages. Click on the link titled “Schedule GhostDial”.
4) Choose Your GhostDial
Using the “Select A Voice Message to be sent” field, find the message that you want to send and select it.
5) Navigate to Clients
Choose the clients that you would like to send your message to. A nice feature of GhostDial is that you can send a voicemail to a large number of individuals all at the exact same time.
6) Choose a Date
Choose a date and time that you want your GhostDial message to be sent using the “Schedule Date” selector.
7) Schedule It
Click on the “Schedule Voice Messages” button. You are now all set. Your message is scheduled to be sent at the appropriate time.
